Shipping and Delivery Info

If you are purchasing one of my already-designed and available wreaths or arrangements on my catalog page, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery, will contact you with details after order is made. If the item you have ordered is one that is currently out of stock and are having me create a similar item, please allow for 2-5 weeks for creation and delivery. This is based on the availability of the materials. I will be in timely communication about your specific order and will let you know when you should receive your wreath or arrangement. If you have a specific date that you are needing your item by, please send that in a message to me from the "Contact" Page and I will verify that I can meet your desired date.

If I am creating a custom designed wreath or arrangement, delivery time will vary due to creation size, availability of materials and level of details of requested design. I will be in communication throughout the process so you will have good understanding of where I am in the process of your wreath and how soon it will be ready for delivery. Generally please allow 2-5 weeks for creation and delivery with custom designed wreaths. Again, I will be in timely communication with you about your specific order and will let you know when you should receive your wreath or arrangement. If you have a specific date that you are needing your item by, please send that in a message to me from the "Contact" Page and I will verify that I can meet your desired date.

What if You Live in Colorado?

If you live in the Denver Metro Area, I will deliver the wreath to you at a time and place that is convenient for you and there will not be a charge for shipping.

Guarantee of Service and Wreath & Arrangements Disclaimer Care

I guarantee that you will be satisfied and happy with your wreath, or you may return it for a full refund. If you have submitted your deposit for a custom designed wreath and change your mind, your $25 will be fully refunded.

All wreaths and arrangements are handmade and the materials are delicate and must be handled with care or they may become damaged. I use hot glue on most wreaths and arrangements in some way along with wire and zip ties. If they are displayed in direct sunlight and/or extreme heat the glue can melt and items may come unglued and colors will fade.
